Technique: Well this is where I am seeing issues... one sweetie belle looks like she is taller, as far as I know in the show, they are all the same height, Since Applebloom is the closest she should seem the tallest but sweetie Belle looks taller being in the middle of the three Its a bit odd.
The ears seem off to me, the line near their eye for the ear seems to end far too late if I have to base it on the show. make it look like their ear is on the side of their head not on top.
Impact: well it pulled my attention when I saw it, very well done just needs some small changes.
