A semi-new OC. I made this guy during my hospitalization, back in November last year. He's inspired on Vampire, The Masquerade. My favorite vamp clan was the malkavian clan, the crazies. Sooo.... this guy here is some eccentric vampire-like pony with the ability to drive people/ponies insane. One of my favorite OCs so far.
